RED TEAM WINS THE SECOND COMPETITION!!!!
Each and every one of you did an outstanding job this morning! You were physcially and mentally prepared for the competition and it really showed. Mindy and I were also impressed by your display of sportsmanship as you cheered for the Blue Team!

What we all did today felt soooooo good...we should all be so proud of what we accomplished (I know that I am...who knew I could run up a hill that fast????)
Thanks to Frank and Mindy for your encouragement and helping us to get in shape to beat the Blue team today!! We were the RED BLUR!!!

we did awesome. Now if we can just win this weigh in. I am trying so hard but my body just doesnt seem to want to budge. Hopefully tuesday will show that hard work. You guys are an awesome team. Go red. See some of you in the morning and the rest at night.
