Second WOD (5.15.08)

25 minutes INTENSE cardio of your choice
50 crunches while squeezing ball between the knees
50 reps on the ab machine (from earlier today) at a light to moderate weight
25 minutes moderate cardio of your choice

Doing a second workout like this is what it takes for continued weight-loss, so do your best to complete it. As always, do more if you can.

It was nice seeing Mary and Leah tonight at the gym- Way To Go Girls!! Red Team we really need to step up if we want to win. Lets Kick Some Blue Butt!!

Oh by the way we planned to meet at 5:15 tomorrow in the driveway, the JCC closes at 5:00 but after talking to Mary and Leah we are still going to meet. See y'all there.

It was great seeing Mark and Leah at the gym. I will be there at 6:30 in the morning and back again at 5:15 even though the gym is closed, lets run that hill. We can do it red, we need to work as a team or we will not win this fight against blue but more importantly win the weight battle. GO RED!!!!
