Hey guys- I am in NC but still working very hard. Friday we drive to SC and when we arrived, my friend and I went for a 1 and 1/2 hour walk which included running , situps and she had me doing dips on street signs(looked like a bench) On sat before the wedding we took bikes and went around the whole island 10 miles. Today needless to say I am a little tired. I had nothing to drink all weekend which was VERY hard but I did it. Tomorrow before I get on the plane, I am going to do my workout. Cant wait for tues morning!!
Frank is a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Counselor. He graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where he received training in all the different dietary theories, eastern and western nutrition, modern health issues, personal growth and development, and health counseling. He is also certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. When he is not working at the JCC of Greater New Haven, Frank operates a private personal training and health counseling company.
Mindy Welker
Mindy is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Indoor Cycling Instructor. She is certified as a Personal Trainer by the International Fitness Association, holds a Level Three Yoga certification through YogaFit, and is certified as a Kickboxing and Indoor Cycling Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. When she is not teaching at the JCC of Greater New Haven, Mindy teaches Indoor Cycling, Body Toning, and Group Yoga classes at Ultimate Fitness in New Haven.
