WOD (5.12.08)

25 dips
50 push-ups
75 crunches while squeezing ball between knees (tennis ball or whatever is available at gym)
100 seconds (1min, 40 sec) on BOSU ball (the same static hold we have been practicing)

then...

30 minutes cardio of your choosing (hard pace)

x 2 ROUNDS

So you will be doing both the strength portion and the cardio portion twice. Don't be discouraged if you can't get through 25 dips or 50 push-ups at a time. At this point in our training you shouldn't be able to. I am pushing you hard. Do as many as you can and rest as needed. But you must reach the number required before moving on to the next exercise.

Hi!!!! I Just wanted to say thanks to Marc and Erin for goin to spin class with me tonight!...Erin and I did our first set of the work out...then went to spin class from 6-645 pm...then we did our second set of reps...then practiced basketball! Marc had already done his homework (lucky him) So after spin...he got to go home and relax! I must say...the padded shorts worked well!! My Butt...Not so sore today :)...See Everyone @ Weigh In tomorrow !!

Did the workout, alongside Marc and Leah! The three of us also took Erica's spin class. Then, Leah and I shot hoops in the gym to get ready for Sunday!!!
I also met a goal this weekend...I ran a mile straight on the treadmill at a 5.5 pace...NO STOPPING!!!!

I think I am doing this right now. Great job RED TEAM !! We all lost weight. Tough workout today- Thank You Frank. I hope more of you can make it to the Monday night spin class at 6:00 lets show the blue team who's boss !!
