WOD (5.14.08)

Give the upper body a rest today!

Circuit:

60 sec wall-sit
20 repetitions on the leg extension machine (moderate weight, last 5 reps should be very challenging)
10 minutes cardio of your choice (intense pace, really push yourself with cardio today)

x 4 ROUNDS


Make sure to stretch after the workout. Email or call me with any questions/concerns.

Ok...So Tonight Around 6 I Showed Up At The JCC To Do My Homework...AND Needless To Say...I Was A Little (not really) RED Ray Of Sunshine Amongst The Blue Team...Now Being The Nosey Person I Am...I Listened To Their Workout...They Are All About Kicking Our Asses (I Have An Inside Source Who Confirmed This) LOL...They Are Living It Up Because Of Their Lead...Now I Don't Take Losing Lightly...So WE NEED 2 STEP UP OUR GAME!!!! Their Workout Was Scheduled From 6-7...Not 1 of Them Left Before 730 (as a team) They Worked Out Beyond Their Scheduled Time After Their Workout In The Gym...They All Went And Used The Weight Machines...So...Can We Schedule Added Workout Sessions? Or Something?...Just Wondering... :)

So after a day from HELL at work, Erin and I met at 8:00pm to do the workout. I think people thought we were crazy. Tough workout...my legs are talking to me=)See you in the morning

Ok, so Mary and I just got home a bit ago from doing our "late night" wall sits...they don't hurt less at 9:00 at night!!!! We saw Mark the blue trainer who was impressed we were there so late...it's our new intimidation tactic!!! :)
