opposite arm/opposite leg stretch
medicine ball throw (grab a medicine ball, you pick the weight, do an overhead throw, like a soccer throw-in, against the wall, in the gymnasium against the concrete wall is best)
20 push-ups
50 crunches (with or w/o ball between knees)
20 minutes cardio of your choice
x 3 ROUNDS

Thanks for great workout Frank. I do not feel its a strong workout if I am not sore afterwards and I am sore now. I just hope our team will work through the lows to get to the highs. LETS GO RED !!!!!!!!!
