WOD (5.29.08)

Run around the entire gymnasium (as we did this morning) 5 times
50 push-ups
50 crunches on ab machine
50 crunches on floor
opposite arm/opposite leg stretch
50 minutes of cardio on the recumbent bike

I did this workout this morning and ran the gym without stopping so that was good. I wasnt able to do the whole bike time due to time contraints, but I will be there in the morning at 6:30 to run the track with Erin and than meet all of you at 7:00 to run the stairs. GO RED!!!!!
