Workout of the Day (WOD):

1 hour of hard cardiovascular work of your choice. Average HR should be between 70-85% of maximum HR.

I walked moderately for 35 minutes, with a slight incline. A little short of the hour, but I had some activity...

I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes at 3.8 and a 3.5 incline. Then I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes at a speed of 4.5 and a 1.0 incline. I finished with 15 minutes on the eliptical and am alive to write this!!!
